The best part is that we're able to offer these services at no cost to your organization.  That's because hotels, large and small, city or resort, independent or chain, will pay our company a fee to deliver your business to their door... without raising your rates to pay our fees… guaranteed! 

Additionally, we will assist you in the tracking of your contracted room block to mitigate attrition damages in advance or after your meeting.  Need a contract addendum to add rooms, increase suites, adjust meeting space?  Just let us know.  We will continue to act as your professional liaison with the hotel until the final hotel invoice is paid.
